He served as a two-term Governor of the State of Hawaii. She is a prominent businesswoman and an ambassador in promoting multi-ethnic and multi-cultural relations in the islands. Together, they are Ben and Vicky Cayetano, a dynamic duo, and featured speakers of the Young Business Council’s first Leadership Series of 2010. After serving 28 consecutive years in public office, Governor Cayetano is now retired from public service, but stays active with his private business, writing his memoirs and teaching at the University of Hawaii. Today, Mrs. Cayetano is President and Chief Executive Officer of United Laundry Services, Inc. and Managing Director of United Laundry Kona, LCC.
